The MANA Performance Gel is concentrated, easy-to-digest ride fuel developed over 12 months and tested with athletes in triathlon, motocross, cycling and functional fitness. It uses American-grown, Eliza and PCR identity-tested non-GMO maltodextrin, the same complex carbohydrate as CARBO-FUEL, for both quick and sustained energy.

A portion of Ryno Power's electrolytes is included to help replace minerals lost in sweat. Ingredients include non-GMO maltodextrin, organic evaporated cane juice, magnesium, potassium, calcium, natural flavours, beta carotene and Himalayan pink salt. It slips into a jersey pocket, hip pack or backpack for long rides where solid food is impractical.

How to Use

1. Take one gel 15-20 minutes before your ride, workout or race to top up energy stores. No water needed - tear off the top and squeeze.
2. During activity, take one gel every 45 minutes, especially if you feel low on energy, lightheaded or close to bonking. Between motos or at pit stops works for riders who cannot eat on the move.
