Ryno Power CARBO-FUEL Stimulant-Free Carbohydrate Drink Mix (450g, 9 Servings)

Ryno Power describes CARBO-FUEL as the gasoline for your body: if protein, vitamins and minerals are the building materials, carbohydrate is the fuel. CARBO-FUEL is pure maltodextrin, which breaks down quickly into glucose for immediate energy while still digesting steadily enough to give sustained energy through long rides, runs or gym sessions.

Because it has no taste or colour, it can be added to water, juice or a Ryno Power Hydration Fuel bottle without changing the flavour, and used before, during or after exercise.

How to Use

1. Each scoop is 25g of complex carbohydrate (100 calories); a full serving is two scoops (50g).

2. For riding, mix two scoops in approx. 350-475ml (12-16 fl oz) of water to supply about 200 calories per hour. Up to 300 calories per hour can be used.

3. Take 30-40 minutes before activity for lasting energy, or sip during the ride. For a two-hour session, plan on at least four scoops, split before and during or across two bottles.

4. After training, add to a recovery shake or food (e.g. oatmeal) to replenish muscle glycogen.

5. To carb-load, take two scoops in approx. 300-350ml (10-12 fl oz) of water each morning and evening for the four days before an event. Try this in training before using it for a race.
