The core of Pedro's Pro BB Socket System: a machined 7075-T6 aluminium cup that accepts magnetic Pro BB Inserts (sold separately) for most threaded bottom brackets and disc lockrings. 3/8in drive for torque wrenches, 24mm external drive and M12 thread for the Pro BB Socket Holder.

Pedro's Pro BB Socket Cup - Pro BB Socket System (Cup Only, No Inserts)

The Pro BB Socket System is Pedro's answer to the growing number of threaded bottom bracket standards. Instead of a separate socket for each, you buy one Pro BB Socket Cup and add the tool steel inserts you need; new inserts can be added as new standards appear.

The cup is fully machined from 7075-T6 aluminium for a precise fit, and inserts click in and are held magnetically. It can be driven by a 3/8in torque wrench, a 24mm socket handle or pedal wrench, and the internal M12 thread lets the Pro BB Socket Holder sandwich the tool against the bottom bracket so it cannot slip off or press further on.
