Pedro's 8mm Hex Driver II - 27cm Pedal and Crank Hex Key

The Pedro's 8mm Hex Driver II is built for two common high-torque jobs: pedals with an 8mm hex broach on the back of the axle, and 8mm crank bolts. It is designed for quick, easy installation and removal of both.

The 27cm key gives plenty of leverage, while the updated handle has a smaller diameter than the previous version to improve clearance around cranks and frames. The second ball end allows fast spinning at an angle once the bolt is broken free.

Care & Safety

Pedal threads are side-specific: the left (non-drive) pedal has a left-hand thread. Fully seat the hex key in the bolt head before applying high torque to avoid rounding the fastener or the tool tip.
