SHOCK

• Remove shock, air can, and old seals from the bike.
• Clean all parts, including the main body, damper shaft, can, and piston, checking for wear.
• Replace all seals and glide rings.
• Lubricate and refit the air can.
• Inflate the shock to its previous pressure and test its performance.

FORK

• Remove brake, wheel, and fork lowers.
• Drain old fluid.
• Check stanchions and lower inner leg assembly.
• Inspect and replace seals and foam rings as needed.
• Fit the lowers and add new splash fluid.
• Check the rebound and compression knobs for correct operation, and test the fork functions.
